Evil Superstars, ‘Pantomiming with her parents’
I have been languishing in J J Cromer’s flowing and psychedelic prints all day. They are abundant with rhythmic imagery, dream-like visions, and many figures. All his pieces share an almost aboriginal (in the correct sense) colour palette, dancing between prime colours and sheer light and dark areas, giving a sense of space and fluidity.
